Prince racquet - Graphite Classic (Original) Racquets and Michael Chang Titanium, are they the same?

Question: thanks . if they are the same, which one is better?

Answer: There are actually 3 different Prince rackets that Michael Chang was famous for using. The First is the Original Prince Graphite classic that was made in 1977 and is perhaps the most popular graphite oversize racket of all time. This racket was black in appearance and had a Solid Green stripe accenting the frame with the name Prince imprinted on the shoulders of the frame. Prince in later additions separated the Green Stripe into a dual green stripe and added the word Classic to the frame. Michael Chang Also came out with his own Signature series graphite Frame which was a blue and green mix color. Also this frame was one of the first to come out in a longer length. This frame came out in a 28 inch length and also a 27 and 1/2 inch length. This was done because Chang was looking to add extra pop on his serve. In the later years of his Career he used a Blue Titanium series graphite frame. Titanium was kind of the new marketing tool be introduced to the public at the time and Chang was a well recognized player on tour. However most players I have talked to commented that the Titanium Chang racket was very sluggish and had a higher swingweight than similar rackets. All three rackets had different playing characteristics, of the three--- I would consider the original prince Graphite to be the best playing racket of the three. Agassi, used this frame as a junior player growing up, as did Monica Seles-- in my opinion she should have never switched. Lastly, current touring pro Vince Spadea of the USA has used the frame for years (the renamed Prince tour graphite which is essentially the same thing) and is currently still doing so. Spadea has had long career on tour and has notable wins over top players. He has also acheived a career high ranking of #18 in the world all while using the Original Prince Graphite.
