Does the Ab Lounge work?

Question: Does the ab-longe work? If i do it 2hours a day for 10 weeks will i have at least a 6 pac? I am 5'2" and weigh 152 lbs.

Answer: 1.) You need to lose whatever belly fat you have to really let a "six pack" of abdominal muscles show. Ab exercises alone will develop the muscle but not necessarily remove the fat. For that, you need to diet and do aerobic exercise. 2.) The ab lounge will probably help you build your ab muscles but you can save the $100 or so. Any one of a number of different abdominal exercises are free or very cheap and will do a better job if you stick to them. Look up the bicycle maneuver, vertical leg crunch, and reverse crunch (no equipment required for any of them), and the crunch on exercise ball (needs a ball).
